Scope and deliverables

Scope is defined in the selected package, proposal, or statement of work. Deliverables are provided digitally. Timelines are estimates and may change based on access, feedback, and technical constraints.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, required access (where applicable), and timely feedback. Delays in feedback can extend timelines.

No guarantee

Search rankings and traffic depend on external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue outcomes. We commit to delivering agreed work and documentation.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Payments

Prices are displayed in EUR. Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout or Stripe invoice. See Payments Info for details.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy for digital services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOGlobus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
