Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Our services are digital and time-based. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and what has been delivered.

One-time services (e.g., audit)

  • Before work starts: full refund upon written request.
  • After work starts: partial refund may be issued if no deliverables have been shared, minus time already spent.
  • After delivery: no refund for delivered digital work (reports, checklists, calls) except where required by mandatory law.

Monthly programs

  • Monthly fees cover ongoing work during the billing period.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Fees for the current cycle are not refundable once work has commenced for that cycle.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@seoglobus.com. We aim to resolve disputes quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may limit future service availability.

How to request a refund

Send your request from the billing email address to support@seoglobus.com including invoice/receipt details and the reason for the request. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
